Credit / debit Cards
We accept credit /debit cards beside bank payment, paypal or any other form of possible payment which depends on circumstances and without additional surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Order form
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ez Xports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
$100 Coupon for short video
The coupon is valid on your next order and cannot be combined with any other offers, free items, or free shipping. Video submissions must meet the specified quality guidelines to qualify for the discount. EZ Xports reserves the right to feature the submitted video on our social media platforms.
Minimum Quantity T&C for socks and caps
The minimum quantity for socks is 20 pairs and for cap is 15, in case you are ordering a single uniform or quantity less than 20 or 15, socks and caps will not be included, if you want to buy those please contact us at sales@ezxports.com
Order Cancellation
In case you want to cancel the order, you can do that within 48 hours of placing the order. If it's past 48 hours then unfortunately we cannot process the refund as the order is already in the production process. As we do not have anything in stock, all items are custom made according to the order, that's why the refund isn't possible after 48 of placing the order.
Logo Placement While Ordering
Every product has a option to add logo your team/club logo, you can upload that, if you upload your logo/logo "EZ" logo will be replaced with yours else our "EZ" logo will be used. In case you do not want any logo to be placed you have to mention that in the instruction box while ordering.
Face Masks
The starting price for the face mask is $3.99 for 25 pieces. The price is reduced to as low as $1.99 each if the quantity is more than 500 pieces. For the mask packages visit Here
Priority & Normal Shipping
All order above $250 will be shipped via FedEx non-priority or UPS, incase of priority shipments DHL / FedEx Priority Airmail will be used, the ETA for the DHL Priority Airmail is 4-5 working days normally, however if the order is shipped on time from our side, we aren't responsible for any delays caused by any unexpected circumstances or by the mailing services.

Ez xports reserved the rights to change / edit / amend rules and regulations anytime which These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Ez Xports reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Socks Colors
Limited pantone colors are available for socks, we will deliver the matching color we have available in our stock according to the uniforms color. Custom Socks color is also available, when the quantity is more than 250 pcs.
Shipping
Due to many factors, we can’t provide guarantee about arrival time of your order. We only give you best estimate which mostly is accurate. Our commitment is to be never satisfied until you are, please cooperate with us to order timely, to avoid rush and get the best.
Shipping Delay
We are only responsible for shipping the parcel in time, in case the order is stuck at customs due to some fee related issue or the order is delayed due to some unexpected circumstances, please contact the courier company directly, we try our best to make sure the customer receives the parcel in time and our every document is up to date, so if your order is stuck at custom, please contact the shipping company and they can guide you for the reason.
Taxes
Taxes are charged automatically online unless buyer decides to pay different mode of payment, For orders shipped different states, buyers are solely responsible for any (or others) sales taxes
Objected colors for Sublimation Denial
Ez Xports does not offer any guaranteed color matching. We have vast range of colors, and we work virtually with customers at every stage, but still we DO NOT guarantee that the colors on the shirts will match your desired products, colors differ virtually and in person. Kindly request sample as refunds for colors are not available.
Typographical Errors
In case of our third party or our own staff during typing or any mistake which done meet our criteria can be refused even cancel order, even its listed in offer or product. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ez Xports will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
Denial Printing during Sublimation
When buyer gives us their design as they are printed on both sides of shirt, we cant guarantee about line up during cut and sew. As mentioned we are never satisfied until our customers are. We are sorry to offer refund mentioned above issue.
Disclaimer Personalized / customized prints
Even if customer pay us for design or use our collection, it remains with us with right to use in our collection and share any media or ads. Our right, any printing during your order gives us rights to use it on any of our media and you cannot claim it for copyright. But If any of our material is used any other platform can be claimed against you as per copyright laws.
Disclaimer for corporate or any other sponsors / buyers
If any copyright may occur on logo or design or any artwork you provided, Ez Xports will not held liable for any copyrights or trademark. All criteria and permission should be done by customers for any material i.e logo, name, design or company name.
Provision for turn around
Screen Print, Sublimation or available designs, depends on various circumstances , we give the best time, kindly consult while your ordering as everything starts after you approve design. Best way is start it timely to get best result in timely fashion.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
